Black fingers

Tuanath, an Elementalist met during the Pay My Dues mission, mentioned that we were being used by the Black fingers thieves group and that Maggie was the Elementalist in said guild thats part of it somehow. We wanted to look into who this guy is and thought to look into it by speaking with the person that sold him his land deed for the cave he was living in. The signer is known to be a well known merchant or high position person in Travar.
