Where one part is the stock, holding steady, another is the bow, to apply force, and a third still the lever to give that force its impetus.  Our actions often forge us together as the shield, in which I am the Boss, the hard circular center, the strongest part of the shield meant to defray force, meant to protect the rest.  Our warrior may be the shield's spike, our illusionist the tapered edge.  Only together do we all function at our foremost efficiency, but at times those parts are interchangeable.  We are all forged in heroic spirit, and with that heroic spirit to propel us to adventure, mere blood is but ammunition to expend.

First Item:
Rumor has it that the twin weaponsmiths were opposites of strength.  Kor couldn't be killed, and Vor could kill anything.  They were the quintessential Unstoppable Force and Immoveable Object!  Moore has reason to believe that Kor's bracers may have been a thread item that granted the smith the power of internal fortification, either through rapid healing, or through the simple increase in toughness provided by stalwart magic.

Second Item:
Meanwhile Vor was said to have a hammer that could shatter steel with powerful blows, and a blade too quick to see.  It's possible these legends are merely blown out of proportion, and that these were simply well-forged weapons, but with the duration of the scourge, the height of magic, and their owner's death, either of the items could likely be a powerful thread weapon now.  Moore is most interested in the off-hand blade, hoping to avail himself of a flurry of fury.  Failing that, Kor was said to have an unbreakable shield...

Third Item:
With the weaponsmiths long gone, and their legend rife with exchange of forces, it's possible any of their tools might also have gained a measure of power.  What most tempts Moore, however, is the idea of a growing power within himself.  Tools of magic power seem to cheapen his own skill as an artist, despite the obvious contradiction in that his art comes from Talents, not study.  After sufficient searching, he hopes that some other personally powerful item will come to the fore to help him be the defending shield he knows he can be.  Perhaps a heavier suit of armor?
