5A LFG "The Uncracked egg" Crystals of Caldor part 2 Time: 12/17 3:00GMT

The uncracked egg

from going through the blacksmith's notes scribbles and references. It appears that the blacksmith was using uncracked eggs from some sort of crystalline Worm as a basis for creating the Living Crystal Armor & Crystal Cocoon's for the villagers. It is believed by further study of these eggs will bring us one step closer to finding a way to release them from their crystal prisons.

The Party needs to get into the nest while the mother is away and take a perfect egg. The Baby crystalline worms will likely be needed to be dealt with first but not required. It will make the follow on easier though. This mission is also timed as there is a limited amount of time the mother will be away from her nest.


After this is done The follow on mission is fairly obvious to take down the mother before her potential rampage goes bad.

There is a single scrap of information that hints that it is possible that thread items once possessed by the last known captain of "The Flying Travarian", may have been taken by a passenger who jumped ship near the Crystal Caverns of Caldor about the time the village was entering the cocoons. It is conceivable some of the items might still be in the area, or perhaps clues as to their current location.
